Tom is a founder Director of NGIT, a trained Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Tom has extensive experience in the IT sector where he has worked for over 20 years.
Tom has a wide ranging expertise with particular specialisation in providing IT security, project planning, messaging, Virtualisation and Active Directory solutions.
Outside of work Tom enjoys spending time with his family and has a keen interest in motorcycles/mechanics.
Matt is also a founder Director of NGIT and a Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Matt has a wide ranging experience in both IT and business practices.
Matt has over 25 years experience within the IT sector and prior to this worked for 6 years in local finance. Matt has a wide ranging IT skillset, with particular areas of specialisation in PC desktops, line of business applications, IT systems migrations and training.
Outside of work Matt enjoys spending time with his family and taking part in local Motorsport events.
Jason joined NGIT as a Director in 2010, prior to joining he worked in the local IT sector for over 15 years managing a wide range of clients ranging from small businesses to large corporates.
Jason brings with him a wealth of experience in client relationiship and service management, with the addition of Jason to the team at NGIT we have bolstered our service delivery to clients with a strong emphasis on client service.
Outside of work Jason enjoys spending time with his family and windsurfing.
Brendan joined NGIT as Senior Consultant in 2015. Brendan brings with him over 20 years of IT experience and a wealth of experience in both the technical and management aspects of IT.
Steve is NGIT’s Senior Consultant and is a trained Microsoft Certified IT Professional as well as Cisco Certified Security Professional.
Steve has over 25 years experience in the IT sector and has worked with many high profile clients. He has a wide ranging expertise in IT with areas of specialisation in Vmware, Microsoft Server software, Citrix and Cisco hardware.
Cisco CCNA, CCSP, Microsoft MCP, MCSE, MCITP SA, MCSA & Citrix CCA.
Naomi is NGIT's Service Desk manager and runs our busy Service Desk team. Naomi has a wide ranging experience in the IT sector, with particular specialisation in Support and Helpdesk roles. Naomi role is to ensure that we provide our client's with the highest level of service.
Outside of work, Naomi enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
Nathan is one of NGIT's Senior consultants and has worked in the local industry for over 20 years. Nathan brings has a wide ranging skillset and provides high level support services to NGIT's larger clients.
Outside of work Nathan enjoys diving, cycling and travelling.
Richard works as a consultant for NGIT and has been working in the industry for over 15 years. Richard brings with him a wealth of experience having previously worked for industry giants such as Intel and Hewlett Packard. Richard has a particular interest in Microsoft Windows core server infrastructure, VMware and Microsoft SQL server.
Outside of work Richard enjoys playing sport, travelling and DIY.
Daniel has over 15 years experience in IT and is employed by NGIT as an IT Consultant and is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional. As a key member of our team, Daniel enjoys problem solving tasks and hardware repair. Daniel's skills are wide and varied and he provides general day-to-day essential support services to our clients.

Sean has over 25 years experience in IT and is employed by NGIT as an Technical Consultant working primarily with our Outsource Clients.
Sean is a motivated team player with excellent practical, analytical, and communication skills and takes great enjoyment in proactively finding solutions and providing assistance to our clients.
Tom has worked for a broad range of clients across different sectors including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in New Zealand. With over 10 years experience in the industry, Tom possesses a wide skillset and a high level of support service experience. Outside of work, Tom enjoys travelling and surfing.

Simon is NGIT’s office manager, prior to joining NGIT Simon worked in the public sector for many years dealing with the general public and suppliers. Simon is the cornerstone of our office and is responsible for purchasing and the general smooth running of our busy office, in his spare time Simon enjoys Cycling and is a Guernsey FC season ticket holder.
Laura is one of the newest team members at NGIT and works in our busy Sales and Accounts department.
Jake is NGIT's newest staff member as a trainee engineer in our Service Desk Team. Jake has recently finished his Level 3 Computing Diploma at the Guernsey College of Further Education and his interests include Gaming and Software development.
