Tom is a founder Director of NGIT, a trained Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Tom has extensive experience in the IT sector where he has worked for over 20 years.
Tom has a wide ranging expertise with particular specialisation in providing IT security, project planning, messaging, Virtualisation and Active Directory solutions.
Outside of work Tom enjoys spending time with his family and has a keen interest in motorcycles/mechanics.
Matt is also a founder Director of NGIT and a Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Matt has a wide ranging experience in both IT and business practices.
Matt has over 25 years experience within the IT sector and prior to this worked for 6 years in local finance. Matt has a wide ranging IT skillset, with particular areas of specialisation in PC desktops, line of business applications, IT systems migrations and training.
Outside of work Matt enjoys spending time with his family and taking part in local Motorsport events.
Jason joined NGIT as a Director in 2010, prior to joining he worked in the local IT sector for over 15 years managing a wide range of clients ranging from small businesses to large corporates.
Jason brings with him a wealth of experience in client relationiship and service management, with the addition of Jason to the team at NGIT we have bolstered our service delivery to clients with a strong emphasis on client service.
Outside of work Jason enjoys spending time with his family and windsurfing.
Ken heads up NGIT's software development team, he has many years of experience in the business sector with particular specialties in business processes and document management.
Brendan joined NGIT as Senior Consultant in 2015. Brendan brings with him over 20 years of IT experience and a wealth of experience in both the technical and management aspects of IT.
Naomi joined NGIT in 2011 as Service Desk Manager, moving on to Operations Manager in 2019. Naomi has wide ranging experience in the IT sector in both the UK and Guernsey, with particular specialisation in Support and Service roles. Naomi's role is to ensure that NGIT provide our client's with the highest level of service.
Outside of work, Naomi enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
Claire joined NGIT in 2018 and manages our Client Services Team. Claire has worked in the IT industry for nearly 20 years specifically within the Support Service environment. Having worked for a variety of industry sectors over the years, Claire brings a wealth of experience and prides herself on maintaining a high level of support service to our clients
Ben Drew is a Senior Technical Consultant, with many years’ experience in IT since leaving the British Armed Forces in 2002. His background is in systems development and deployment, primarily within the education sector.
Ben is fuelled by his passion for new technology, new ideas and new ways of thinking and how to turn these into viable solutions that will improve the daily lives of our customers. In his spare time he enjoys running, tinkering with old Land Rovers and restoring German WW2 bunkers
Sean joined NGIT in May 2019, bringing more than 18 years’ worth of IT experience. Sean had a keen interest in Microsoft’s Cloud offerings after qualifying as MCSA:Office 365 in 2016.

Simon is NGIT’s office manager, prior to joining NGIT Simon worked in the public sector for many years dealing with the general public and suppliers. Simon is the cornerstone of our office and is responsible for purchasing and the general smooth running of our busy office, in his spare time Simon enjoys Cycling and is a Guernsey FC season ticket holder.
Laura has been working in accounts for over 20 years in both corporate and commercial environments.
Doug joined NGIT in 2019 bringing with him over 30 years experience in both Teaching and IT Client Relationship Management.
Filling a new role within NGIT his broad range of skills from Practical IT to Problem Solving and Training look to further improve NGITs reputation for excellent customer service.

Kevin joined NGIT in July 2019 as our Information Security Officer. Kevin has 25 years’ experience of IT systems management in the Guernsey Finance Industry and became (ISC)2 CISSP and EU GDPR Practitioner qualified in 2017. His wide knowledge in the areas of Cyber Security, Information Security and Data Protection go to further strengthen the services that we are able to offer our clients.

Phil has worked in the IT and associated industries for over 34 years including Global Service organisations & OEM’s.
Phil has a broad knowledge base and has specialised in project managing client fleet infrastructure rollouts, team management and always has a clear focus on the client to deliver excellent service.
Most recently Phil’s expertise has been in printing across the network involving implementation of all print, scan and workflow solutions with an emphasis on Secure Print installation, configuration and ongoing support.
