Tom is a founder Director of NGIT, a trained Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Tom has extensive experience in the IT sector where he has worked for over 10 years.
Tom has a wide ranging expertise with particular specialisation in providing IT security, project planning, messaging, Virtualisation and Active Directory solutions.Outside of work Tom enjoys spending time with his family and has a keen interest in motorcylces/mechanics.
Matt Hale, MCITP EA
Matt is also a founder Director of NGIT and Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Matt has a wide ranging experience in both IT and business practices.
Matt has worked in the IT sector for the over 15 years and prior to this 9 years in the local finance industry. Matt has a wide ranging IT skill set, with particular areas of specialisation in PC Desktops, Line of business applications and general software troubleshooting.Outside of work Matt enjoys spending time with his family and motorcycling and can often be found competing in the local HillClimb events on his motorcycle.
Jason Connolly, CEng MIMechE
Jason joined NGIT as a Director in 2010, prior to joining he worked in the local IT sector for over 10 years managing a wide range of clients ranging from small businesses to large corporates such as Xerox.
Jason brings with him a wealth of experience in client relationiship and service management, with the addition of Jason to the team at NGIT we have bolstered our service delivery to clients with a strong emphasis on client service.Outside of work Jason enjoys spending time with his family and windsurfing.
Steve Neville, MCITP EA, CCSP
Steve is NGIT’s Senior Consultant and is a trained Microsoft Certified IT Professional as well as Cisco Certified Security Professional.
Steve has over 20 years experience in the IT sector and has worked with many high profile clients. He has a wide ranging expertise in IT with areas of specialisation in Vmware, Microsoft Server software and Cisco hardware.Outside of work Steve's hobbies include photography and travelling.
Daniel Merrien, MCITP SA
Daniel has over 10 years experience in IT and is employed by NGIT as an IT Consultant and is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional accreditation.
As a key member of our team, Daniel particularly enjoys problem solving tasks, his skills are wide and varied and he provides general day-to-day essential support services to our clients.
Simon is NGIT’s office manager, prior to joining NGIT Simon worked in the public sector for many years dealing direct with the general public and suppliers.
Simon is the cornerstone of our office and is responsible for purchasing and the general smooth running of our busy office.
Sean Collins, MCTS, I.Eng. M.I.E.T
Sean has over 20 years experience in IT and is employed by NGIT as our Outsource Helpdesk Manager. He is presently training towards his Microsoft Certified IT Professional accreditation.
Sean is a motivated team player with excellent practical, analytical, and communication skills and takes great enjoyment in proactively finding solutions and providing assistance to our clients.
Naomi joined our Helpdesk team as Helpdesk Manager in February 2011.
Naomi has a wide ranging experience in the IT sector, with particular specialiation in Support and Helpdesk roles. Naomi's appointment further affirms NGIT's commitment to providing client's with the highest level of service.
Nathan re-joined NGIT as a consultant in 2011, Nathan has been working in IT for over 15 years and brings with him a wide range of skills, he is a welcome re-addition to our team.
Richard Gibbons, MCTS
Richard joined NGIT in February 2012 to assist with our busy Helpdesk and Engineering teams, he brings with him a wealth of experience having previously worked for industry giants such as Intel and HP.
Mike Quittenden, MCP, CCA
Mike joined NGIT in February 2012 as a Senior Consultant.Mike has worked with many high profile companies and brings with him a greal deal of expertise in market leading software products such as Citrix and Vmware amongst others and is a very welcome addition to our team.
Scott Le Page
Scott joined NGIT in January 2013 as Support Services Manager in our Helpdesk Team, Scott has over 13 years' experience in the IT industry.
Scott will be working closely with our Helpdesk Team to ensure client requests are dealt with swiftly and the high standards of service continue as the company grows.Outside of work Scott enjoys kayaking, canoeing and other paddlesports and is a member of the Guernsey Canoe Club as a certified level one instructor.
