NGIT Ad-hoc Hours
This is our standard ad-hoc hourly consultancy rate which covers all aspects of work carried out. Clients are billed at the completion of each job.
NGIT Care Hours
This is a pre-paid rate where clients can purchase blocks of hours (minimum of 10) at a reduced rate. With our Care Hours rate a client is pre-purchasing NGIT consultancy time in advance and as such will have a guaranteed response time for emergency callouts and can have peace of mind that assistance is available when it’s needed most. A monthly statement is emailed detailing hours used, NGIT care hours do not have an expiry date. This is our most popular consultancy rate with the majority of our clients.
NGIT Web Hosting
Provision of unlimited webspace for your company to host its website on a secure, 24/7 Monitored Microsoft webserver housed at NGIT’s datacentre.
NGIT Domain Hosting
Provision of Internet Domain Registry service and hosting for all but the most obscure internet domains, includes registry fee.
NGIT POP3 Mail Hosting
Provision of a POP3/SMTP based email account service, together with basic webmail access. This service includes antispam and antivirus checking on all inbound mail.
NGIT Virtual DR
This service provides your business with a reliable and resilient Disaster Recovery solution housed within a secure data centre environment. It protects your entire network and enables you to get your business up and running very quickly after major disruption to your systems. In a Disaster Recovery situation, “NGIT Virtual DR” lets your employees access their applications, files and emails from any location where they have Internet access. This means that you don’t need to invest in costly fixed hardware or business continuity seating. NGIT Virtual DR has been designed to make Disaster Recovery as simple as possible with a fixed monthly cost.
NGIT Standby Server
Similar to “NGIT Virtual DR” but in the event of a server failure we will physically bring the DR server to your site rather than you access it remotely.

All tapes are stored securely at the NGIT office, in addition we will also change any USB External drives required for either of the above hosting services.
